Bernardo Wolf Arenales

Consultant and Business Developer, holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (UFMG), with an International MBA in Project Management (FGV/Ohio University). He has led over 200 engineering projects, at FEL 2, FEL 3 and detailed levels, as well as in implementations. With both national and international experience, he has worked as a consultant on greenfield and brownfield projects for Vale S.A.

Nicolas Conde Maynié

A Franco-Brazilian consultant, he graduated in Civil Engineering (UFMG) and earned a master's degree from the Université de Limoges - France. With extensive national and international experience, notable roles include working as an engineer in the construction of Bora Bora and Rangiroa airports (Tahiti) and serving as the SNCF drainage specialist on the TGV Paris – Lyon and other French medium and high-speed lines.

Célio Pereira

Consultant and Specialist in the railway sector, holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (UFMG), and a postgraduate degree in Railway Engineering (PUCMG) . Founding Partner of OTMZA LABS, he has worked on the planning of over 15,000 km of greenfield railways, national and international, for both freight and passenger transport. Additionally, he has experience in renegotiating concessions and conducting restructuring studies of brownfield railways.

Leandro Ribeiro

Consultant and Manager in the railway sector, he graduated in Mechanical Engineering (UFMG), and completed postgraduate studies in Railway Engineering (PUC) and Business Management (FDC). With 12 years of experience in industry and logistics operations, he is specialized in areas such as Strategic Planning, Engineering and Innovation, collaborating in international conglomerates such as Vale and Wabtec.

André Pinheiro

Consultant and Manager specialized in hybrid project management methodologies, he graduated in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Aeronautical Engineering from UFMG and holds an MBA in Management and Engineering of Products and Services (USP). He has solid experience in managing multidisciplinary greenfield and brownfield engineering projects, and has worked with multinational companies such as Embraer, Vale, SNC-Lavalin and Ausenco.
