Consultant and manager specialized in hybrid project management methodologies, graduated in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aeronautical Engineering from UFMG, and holds an MBA in Product and Service Management and Engineering (USP). He has solid experience in managing multidisciplinary greenfield and brownfield engineering projects and has worked with multinational companies such as Embraer, Vale, SNC-Lavalin, and Ausenco.
Bernardo Wolf Arenales
Consultant and business developer, graduated in Mechanical Engineering (UFMG), holding an International MBA in Project Management (FGV/Ohio University). He has led over 200 engineering projects at FEL 2, FEL 3, and detailed levels, as well as implementations. With national and international experience, he has served as a consultant on greenfield and brownfield projects for Vale.
Celio Pereira
Consultant and specialist in the railway sector, graduated in Mechanical Engineering (UFMG), and post-graduated in Railway Engineering (PUCMG). Co-founder of OTMZA LABS, he has worked on the planning of more than 15,000 km of national and international greenfield railways for cargo and passenger transport. Additionally, he has experience in concession renegotiation, structuring of railway authorizations, and conducting brownfield railway requalification studies.
Leandro Ribeiro
Consultant and manager in the railway sector, graduated in Mechanical Engineering (UFMG), with postgraduate degrees in Railway Engineering (PUCMG) and Business Management (Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC). With vast experience in industrial and logistical operations, he specializes in areas such as Strategic Planning, Engineering, and Innovation, collaborating with international conglomerates like Vale and Wabtec.
Nicolas Conde Maynié
Franco-Brazilian consultant, graduated in Civil Engineering (UFMG) and holds a master's degree from the Université de Limoges – France. With extensive national and international experience, his work includes engineering roles in the construction of airports in Bora Bora and Rangiroa (Tahiti) and serving as a drainage specialist for the SNCF on the TGV Paris - Lyon and other medium and high-speed French lines.
